Have seen this over and over and over again.. Yep ,great athlete. But once they hit late 20's especially for him, it is simply over.
He isn't smart enough to adapt or even learn a complete playbook. Best offer should a 2 year contract for 18 million. I would load it up with passing incentives.
His career is on the 18th hole. They all start fast and then fade away as defenses adjust, he gets hurt, etc.
Why do teams keep doing this.... Like Bryce Young, OK if you take him, plan for your qb after his rookie deal. He may have 2-3 good seasons but he is not a long term solution or a franchise qb.
